So guys when do you foam roll.
before i go to bed i foam roll and stretch for about 20 minutes, and then after my workout i foam roll and stretch for about 20 minutes
There’s really no ‘wrong’ time. I’ve always noticed a big difference setting aside a good 10-15 mins before leg and back training days. A solid dynamic warmup, and some deep work with a roller (or a ‘stick’, or even a lacrosse ball) can really loosen things up.
