Hi,
I am suffering from plantar fasciitis. So i feel difficulty in walking.
Anyone here? Who suggest me best option to choose shoes for plantar fasciitis.
Waiting for your reviews.
When you say tactical boots, is it for a tactical job? What do you have to do or is it more for being able to be on your feet all day? That might slightly change my opinion.
Also, you can buy plantar fascitis insoles to insert into your normal shoes/boots, I found these really helped me.
I have it, right now. I am slightly flat footed and in all the years of my physical activity since my teenage years was never affected by it until last year.
I suggest you go to a podiatrist. Iāve had much relief from insoles, the medication meloxicam, wrapping the feet when walking around my home without shoes, keeping active, and stretching. I estimate my pain has decreased more than 50% in three months. Lack of gentle movement like walking makes the pain worse.
I donāt know of any boots that would be suitable. However Brooks sneakers have been great for jogging and walking. I wear a new model of Cons for the gym that are much easier on the feet.
