Best Supplements For Mass/Strength?

Dog an cat testicles, you can find them in dumpsters behind veterinary clinics. They are filled with testosterone. Great Dane and Bull Mastifs work the best, and make sure you don’t cook them.

Put them in a blender with a MRD like Surge or Met Rx. Strawberry is best but vanilla will work as well. Chocolate could induce vomiting but not for everyone, anyways I wouldn’t risk chocolate, could be a waste of good dog balls

30lbs in 3 months!! was that after a diet, did you just start lifting, or is that 30 lbs of muscle? Well that settles it, no more glycocyamine on my corn flakes in the morning

haha I have been lifting for a year, but never pursued bulking or gaining weight until the last few months. Around February i weighed 170 and started the Cytogainer and began eating a lot more. Now i weigh 200.

I dont measure bodyfat but from what i can see its all muscle, maybe i added a % or 2 on the bodyfat but i dont care.

Good deal beej1989 that just backs up everyone’s point.

On a serious note, Eating is that important. I’m sure you could of made those gains with just about any decent MRD I’ve known so many guys who trained and even did grueling workouts; supersets giant sets grunting yelling and beating their muscles into submission and beyond, but they never looked like they ever touched a weight in their life.

Why? because 1. they had no idea how important food is. 2. they didn’t care, lets face it, eating every two to three hours can be a pain in the ass.

fucking classic. I have to admit, the thought of blended testicles is so vile, it really made my stomach a little sick.

To the OP, you either want to get bigger, or you want your abs. Pick one, as it is VERY hard to do both natty.

Monopoly

Yea that is a hard decision but if I had to choose I would pick abs, just because I already have them. What I want to do is just put on lean muscle mass and a less fat as possible for that one reason.

Thats why don’t eat that much fatty food. And wow 30lbs in 3 months is really good I may look into cytogainer. And one more question, what do you’ll think of weight gainers? I’ve heard some people say they work while other say they hate them cause all they do is make you fat.

If you eat a surplus of food in order to gain lean muscle mass, you may also gain fat.

So the trick is to add more calories slowly over a long period of time rather than going from 2,000 calories a day to 3,000 calories a day in one day or one week.

Go read Christian Thibaudeau’s article about a “clean bulk” in order to gain mass with little fat gain.

You need to eat fat to lose fat and to be healthy and build muscle.

Weight gainers suck. If you want to get fat, use them.

Be sure to read and remember this to.

Today’s tip comes from Michael Roussell:

Total Calories Count!

The type of calories (protein, carbs, and fats) you eat does matter, but don’t overlook the importance of total calories. Not reaching your goals? Look at your total calories. Regardless of macronutrient breakdown, if you’re trying to lose fat then you need to be in a caloric deficient. If your fat loss has stalled and your calories are already low, maybe you need to consider temporally bumping up your calories (250-300 calories) to give your metabolism a jumpstart, instead of re-arranging your macronutrients.

This applies to bulking as well.

No, you don’t have to choose, you can put on mass AND have abs, just probably not at the same time. You work hard and eat big, but avoid pure junk, and gain (if you’re lucky) 10 to 15lbs over the course of a few months, the you cut to get your six pack back. It’s simple, just not easy.
