Hi guys I’ve had almost ever pre workout out there! What’s your favorite strongest high stim pre workout new for 2024. Thank you!

If you need all those stimulants just to get it up for training, you don’t really want to train anyways.
I’m partial to Transparent Lab “Bulk” it has “clinical dosages” of everything we all want in pre. They also sell a higher stim version of the same thing that has like 300+mg of caffeine in it. Can’t recommend it enough.

Why does it have to be new this year? What exactly does “strongest” mean to you?Most good ones have been around for a minute.

5-HD Muscle
All are great and clinically dosed products that offer stim and non stim.
HUGE and RAW are also great but didn’t make the top 5.

I would say Power Drive or Brain Candy, but RIP.
So now I’ll say a good breakfast and 5 minutes sitting in the car listening to anything by Maynard James Keenan.
San Francisco Bay Area Breakfast Blend coffee. Or, Basic Joe coffee. Walmarts Great Value sells a coffee with 1.5x’s the caffeine. The point being Coffee is cheap, it has caffeine, and none of the fancy stuff “pre-workouts” contain. I used to take the Weider chewable pre-workouts in the 80s, or two Mt. Dew. Caffeine is what gets you rolling. Plus at 5 or 6 AM the smell of coffee brewing is a motivator as well.
For me right now, it’s coffee followed by Surge Workout Fuel.

Personally… i think you got to many individuals using it as a crutch for poor eating and sleep along with idiotic programming.
I confess I use non-stim PWO as a crutch for lack of sleep + as mindgames placebo for a better workout. No use for stim (caffeine) though, as I drink at least 5 mugs of coffee a day. I would probably die if I used a high dosed stim PWO.

I lift after 12 hour shifts of manual labor fixing jets. I like the caffeine to help with mental clarity and focus in the gym.
Are you not able to lift beforehand?
*you’re talking to the crayon eating variety who lived on 12 hour shifts (really 14 hours when you count BOS and EOS ATAF) not including PT. Our CO’s got medals if they could push more flight ours out of the V22 line (which has a 20:1 maintenance to flight-hour ratio).

I used to use pre-workout and I thought I was dependent on it. Turns out, that was not the case. You’d be surprised what you can do with some intra-workout carbs and no direct stimulants. You might even feel healthier, too. I did.
I would go before but because of “khaki hours” I would have to get up at 0200 which isn’t gonna happen and then would def be cause for caffeine. I’m getting a combat action ribbon for this deployment which is pretty wild for the Navy.

Oh im a self admitted coffee hound. For the record ive been working maintenance in a Foundry 20 plus years. Summers are a hell hole here. Which is besides the point.
Nawh… I hear all these younger guys who honestly have it pretty easy. Who act as if its a requirement to take some sort of stim or they couldnt lift.
I mean really … does some 18 year old guy who might have a part time job and lives at home with minimal responsibilities. Do they really need a " stim pre workout" to see improved.
What then are they going to dry scoop while they pre flex in the locker room mirror with their buddies??
