Best stim pre workout

I’ve been doing dextrose in my coffee 50 grams and sip on it. It’s like sweetener and by time I’m done with coffee I’m ready and have so much energy and strength now it’s works

I do pineapple juice just because it’s tasty, but about 50-60g carbs worth, mixed with some EAAs. It would be more if i wasnt cutting.

You could do gatorade and get most of the same thing.

Look at standard Intra-Workout supplements and see what they have for ingredients. Mine is hardly scientific.

It could be any fruit juice, but i actually prefer pineapple juice.

I never said it only had one purpose tho :joy:

I’ve used many over the years, but for the last decade or so, it’s been a large cup of coffee and a finibar, sometimes two bars depending on how I’m feeling. They digest very easily so I only need 20-30 mins before I start.

My pre workout is putting my kids to bed, and drinking some iced water. If I’m really feeling crazy, I’ll crack open a plain lacroix. During workout, I’ll drink surge.

Upside down pineapples might mean something else, but I’m just talking straight up monogamous pineapple juice.

Its good for flavor.

In all seriousness, pineapple juice is is delicious on it’s own. I will eat a whole orange, skin, seeds and all, before I will stand within 8 feet of orange juice, but pineapple is awesome, regardless of orientation.

I make my own pineapple-flavored protein but can’t market it.
