anybody have any ideas for assistance exercises on squat day to add some explosiveness? im a football player so i need a lot of it. i was thinking about bulgarian split squats and maybe some lunges… ideas anyone?
Single Leg deadlifts, Jump squats, Box squats, etc. Unilateral work is always a good idea; you’re on the right track.
Box squats and jumps for explosiveness and single leg stuff to round out the program
