I’ve done quite a few full-body workouts, especially Chad’s 10x3 methods, they’re great. Im considering switching to a split workout (4-5 times/week) for about a month to see what kind of results Im gonna get. Can you guys please post a link if you know an awesome workout? Thanks.
There are quite a few “split” workouts on T-mag. Ian King has written a few way back when. CW has ABBH1 & ABBH2, The Waterbury Method, BBB, and a couple others! And I believe CT has some as well.
Look them up by his name in the “Article Library” search to the left of the screen (scroll down) and do a search by name (author). You’ll see a list of his programs.
