Best Pull Variation for Explosiveness?

Hi,

i want the explosiveness of a weightlifter, but i cant train the weightlifting exercises like snatch, clean etc, because i dont have a coach who can teach me the correct form. Now I’ve heard that pulls (high pulls, low pulls with clean/snatch grip) are a good and easier alternative to the olypmic exercices.
I cant do more than one pull variation because i dont have the ‘time’ (i’m focused on strength more)

Now my question is, what is the best pull? snatch grip/clean grip? high pull/low pull?

Snatch-grip high pull from the hang or from blocks. But you really need to focus on producing height with the lower body, not by pulling with the arms
