Best Protein and Fish Oil Supps

thank you everyone for the brilliant advice, I am currently training on the Starting Strength for Beginners program, really enjoying my compound lifts.

good advice. Try get 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Eat more and all you do is piss expensive urine. Also eat carbohydrates man. Sometimes I get the impression that most websites are all about protein. Carbohydrates are the building blocks, protein is the cement, water is the prime carrier. Ah also get simple sugars after workout. say eat a banana and then eat a large serving of old fashioned oatmeal with some milk.

10 minutes later get 40G protein from whatever…protein shake or chicken breast, both do their job nicely. Don’t ever forget to eat dairy products before going to sleep. Say one large cup of whole milk, 2 yogurts and a couple of fish oil capsules. wash with some water and youre good to go to sleep.

I presume you’re trying to gain weight?

Just eat til you’re stuffed, then eat some more.

Make liquid meals to consume between real meals.

One last thing before i’ll go take my rest. Eat between 5 to 7 small meals a day. Also your best anabolic is water during workout. Just sip water when you feel like during workout. Eat 1 hr and a half before working out…something light. Not meat! Say 1/2 a protein shake and small serving of fruit. There are lots of fancy pre workout drinks…out there. You’ll use them later on as time goes by no need for now man. It’s a waste of money for the time being.
