Hard to go wrong with any of these T-mag programs. And I just skimmed the last couple of year’s archives! There’s plenty more. I’d suggest a Thibaudeau or Waterbury complete program.

I suggest a transition period with maintenance lifting for a few weeks.
Don’t switch right into mass-gaining, you’ll be disappointed.
