This is prolly good advice, I kind of stay away from carbs just cuz I am trying to cut body-fat. Is there anyway to time these carbs?
It depends on the kind that you intake.
I mean, if you eat 1-2 bananas before training it should lift you up in around 15-30mins (15 for me). And if you are on restriction diet, you’ll get more of a boost by eating some carbs.
Fruit doesn’t contain too much of carbs, it also has fibers and other nutrients and it’s really unlikley that you will get fat from it. And it will help your lifts.
I do eat 1 apple a day and 2 bananas. No special timing to them at all. Although what I was doing was putting them into shakes. Until I had someone tell me that blended bananas aren’t as healthy as whole bananas. Is that broscience or?

If you blend it, the banana will protect itself by releasing anti-nutrients, which combine with normal nutrients and annihilate them. Like anti-matter does with normal matter, if you’re into quantum physics. If you freeze the banana first for a smoothie, the banana will grow a layer of fat to keep itself warm, so be sure to add those fat grams into your daily macros.

I’d disagree. However how can one say I am looking like shit on sauce before the sauce has even had time to kick in. I personally think I look good but am a lil overweight. Not something I care to get into an internet argument about with someone I don’t even know. Think what you will.
