I need help for count my reps.
Eccentric:1.2.3.4
Hold:1
1 rep!!
Eccentric:1.2.3.4
Hold:1
2reps
Eccentric:1.2.3.4
Hold:1
Fck I’m at 3 or 4???

My brain is too bad for count all my reps. I’m loosing the line between eccentric seconds hold seconds and reps…

The flye press is likely going to be your best bet. It’ll allow you to get a similar eccentric and stretch as a pec deck while also keeping tension in the pecs. Or just a regular fly/power fly although you lose tension at the top of the latter two. They will all be less demanding than a bench or dip, so it should still fit in nicely as an isolation movement.
