Best Lat Width Exercise

Always loved neutral grip work. People seem to have difficulty actually engaging their lats as opposed to the mid-back Muscles. I’ve seen plenty of guys onstage with tons of tiny “lumps and bumps” from the rear, and yet they’re totally lacking any “wings” to really create that great taper we’re all after.

Do you find that the stretch and squeeze are making a difference, versus just maintaining constant tension on the muscle via reps?

Thickness is my biggest strength in my physique. I do a lot of high volume rowing, such as t-bar rows and bent over barbell rows.

I find Tbar rows hit my LOWER Lats extremely well, and bent-over Barbell rows hit my upper lats very well.
