I love that scene (and movie)!

…the restaurant scene from Revolver. Not really a monologue, but - YouTube

Dennis Hopper (and Walken) from True Romance

Marlon Brando, On The Waterfront,

“I coulda had class, I coulda been somebody…”

Don’t know that it’s the best, but it’s good:

Danny DeVito’s “Buggy Whip” speech in “Other’s People’s Money”

OK here is truly one of the greatest monologues ever in a film. It also happens to be long (6+ minutes), poetic (written by Peter Handke), and by a ravishing beauty (Solveig Dommartin). Here’s Marion’s dialogue from Wim Wender’s “Wing of Desire” which won the prize “Best Director” at Cannes in 1987:

Cool. I was there in 2006. Were you sightseeing or was it for some other purpose?[/quote]

Just sightseeing. Frickin hot, though. We went in July, which was probably the worst month to go, ever. Cool little place, though

Bingo!

Probably not top 5 but maybe top 15. Al Pachino in Any given Sunday.

Kurt Russel as Herb Brooks. With a retarded fake MN accent, we don’t sound like that (most of the time).

Pregame

Team building exercise

This one might be top 5
Full Metal Jacket and the gunny

How this isn’t universally regarded as one of the best monolouges of all time is beyond me.
