Which Fats and How Much?

Which fats are you taking and how much?

I presently take the following (in addition to the fats I consume from eating lots of meat and a small amount of dairy)

2 times a day I make a fat snack. Each snack consists of
2tbsp of peanut butter and 1 tbsp of cocunut oil. That’s 325 calories, 265 of which is fat.

I also take a few tbsp of raw grass-fed cow butter and a teaspoon of cod liver oil. According to Weston Price, the two act very synergetically when taken together.

I also take a couple of sips during the day of Nordic Natural Omega Fish oil.

Are any of you taking Palm oil or any other oils that you find beneficial?

I prefer real food wherever possible, but as you might imagine, that doesn’t always cover everything. I’m not fat phobic so my normal diet already has mono/poly/saturated fats in it. I do believe that getting a higher amount of omega-3 fatty acids is worthwhile so I supplement with fish oil. (since I’d never eat enough fish to do this naturally).
