Preferred Oils for Dietary Fat?

I know olive oil is big here, but I figured that some variety might help. I just want oils I can drink shots of to make sure as much of my fat% as possible is coming from good sources

I was looking at macadamia oil, avocado oil, and grapeseed oil
while macadamia (like olive oil) is ~70% monounsaturated, grapeseed is ~70% polyunsaturated, including a large amount of linoleic acid, so i wasnt sure which one to go for

what do you prefer and why?

EDIT: i should probably have mentioned that i take 10x1gm fish oil tablets per day

flaxseed and fish oil

coconut

X2. It might not be as convenient as it is a solid at room temperature, but it’s great for cooking (I prefer it over olive oil).

my preferred sources:

saturated: coconut oil

monounsaturated: EVOO, avocados, almonds, pistachios, peanuts

polyunsaturates: fish oil, walnuts

2x on the coconut oil. My mom used to cook my veggies in a little coconut oil. Shit was the bomb!
