Best Fat-Loss Supps & How Many

I’ve poured over many articles dealing with the best supplements, best supplements for fat loss, etc…

But, I have a list of many of them. Too many.

With that said could you list the the top supplements you believe are essential to fat loss (I will be lifing and eating right) and how many do you think one can take?

Example:

I see that
Fish oil, whey, Green Tea, and caffeine are big ones and important. But, how many can I really take on top of those.

Thanks

Of course the important aspect of fat loss is the Diet. Then would come training. Theres lots of great evidence that suggests that Fish Oil helps and you should be taking this regardless. However, honestly you don’t need any supplements. I good fat burner (with will have caffeine) can definitly help a little, but no supplement is “essential” for fat loss.

HOT-ROX Extreme is always a great choice.

Two main issues here.

First off, there are no supplements that are essential to fat loss.

Something is wrong if you can’t lose fat without supplementation

It’s not an issue of how many you can take. Instead, you should ask what are the minimum number you can take to see maximum results.

Assuming that you’re eating and training correctly to reach your goal, which is usually too big of an assumption when people ask questions such as yours, I recommend HOT-ROX as well.

Fair enough. I suppose I was also looking to add something to the picture. I realize it can be done without the supplements but, if they can help then why wouldn’t I use some to help?

Also, I am startig to appreciate the science involved in fat loss, lean muscle gain, etc…
On another note I tend to be more consistent when I take supplements (probably because I spend money and don’t want to waste it)in the gym and with my eating routine.

A supplement regiment gives me some stability. I’m not saying that is the greatest motivation but, it has worked for me.

Thanks for your insight. And that “big assumption part” is very true. Especially in my case. So thanks.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not anti supplement. It’s just that some newbies tend to have a skewed view of supplementation.

I recommend starting with just one product until you’re experienced with how your body responds to it.

Go with HOT-ROX.

HOT-ROX!!! Use it. I’ve used MANY different thermogenics/fat burners and non have yeilded the positive results that HOT-ROX have. But if you’re set on some other thermo then PM me and I can shoot you some advice.

fish oil, lots of it

Very good. Thanks guys. I will try the HOT-ROX and I take a daily vitamin and fish oil regardless.

Agreed on HOT-ROX. I find that it actually makes my workouts more intense as well, from the energy boost I get.
