What are the best excersizes for Tri’s and Chest?
I’m guessing something along the lines of Bench, Close Grip bench and flyes?

I’m not an expert but board presses and DB press should help you a lot.
One armed pushups. Should be performed inside of a squat rack if possible.
Dips, close-grip incline presses, reverse grip benches and seated 1/2 press in rack (from forehead up).
That’ll keep you going for a while.
your pecs and tris will grow as you progress in your upper body pressing motions.
that means things like various styles of benching, dips, various shoulder presses, etc.
a very important technique for maxixmizing tricep involvement in upper body barbell presses is to keep the elbows tucked in during the entire motions, and to always lock out at the top of the motion.
of course you will grow your tris even with that ‘trick’, but i have found that technique indispensable in the past little while to really get bang for my buck regarding tri development when doing things like flat bench press and seated military press to the front.
of course you can slo do easy things like tricep extension isolation movements and dumbell flys/pec dec.
good luck.
For tris:
Dips, and any heavy partial rep press
For chest:
Dips, low incline DB press, blast strap push-ups
Floor presses (emphasis on triceps)
