What makes a kettlebell exercise different from one with a dumbbell?

If you want bigger arms all together, you should really pay most of your attention to working your triceps.
Your biceps will get worked plenty when you’re doing your back work (I’m assuming you do some type of full-body workout), so you’ll be hitting your biceps 3 times a week more than likely. Once a week or so, I’d say do some reverse grip curls or some hammer curls with dumbells.
