I have several pair that I’ve worn for over 20 years and resoled six times. Fit like a glove and still retain classic style.
I’ve never found a comfortable, mass produced dress shoe.
If you are going to be wearing them often and for a long time, consider having a customized pair made to fit your foot. They are expensive, but worth it if you have to wear them often.
