How many times have we heard someone asking weight gain advice? Every single time I give these people the same URL. Massive Eating by John Berardi. Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
The Fat and Protein roundtables were great - the discussion among various experts is very interesting and informative:

My choice would have to be The Essential Berardi at Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
puts it all together nicley esp with the links to the full articles.
Although only partially a diet article, “The Winning Formula” by JB provides a great plan for gettin’ lean. You can find it at: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
I found the “Recipes for Success” articles immensely helpful. However, I must say that you need to add more stewed tomatoes, onions, and spices to the “Bodybuilder’s Chili” recipe. You can read both articles here:

“Don’t diet diet” by Berardi. www://testosterone.net./articles/167appz.html
It’s really hard to only pick one though.
Best one ever for me was John Berardi’s “Winning Formula Pt. 2.”

While I love Massive Eating, I’ve got to give credi to Lonnie Lowry for his recent two part series entitled “Something’s Fishy”. You can find the articles here:

I am already a big fan of this one.
Gotta go with Massive Eating.
Something’s Fishy 1 & 2
I personally liked “Bad Blood” by Cy Willson. Its not a “pure” diet article but there is tons of good diet information there for those of you who have a few cholesterol problems.
You can find it here:
No sense talking about diets if you aren’t going to record your food intake. So a must read is The Missing Ingredient by Chris Shugart. Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

This diet gave me the best results I have ever gotten. The increase of fat (ie fish oil) and decrease in carbs has helped me put quite a few pounds of mass without the fat.
The don’t diet, diet and the mrp diet are two of the easiest diets to follow. I think most of the diets on this website work well, but the ease of following a diet is what counts in the end.
The column and articles that have informed me the most is Appetite for Constuction. One in particular is Issue 167. Here is the link: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
I will stick to my previous reply, Meltdown training part 1. I mean c’mon lose fat and build mass, what else do you want.
Good stuff, guys. Hopefully this post will pop up when someone is searching for diet info.
I put all the names in a hat and drew one. The winner of the Grow! bars this time around is Xracergs. Contact me at cs@t-mag.com with your mailing info.
Thanks to all for contributing!
Why not put a link to this thread and the previous one on best training articles in the FAQ?
