The “Don’t Diet,” by John Berardi: the most simple, practical, yet effective bodybuilding diet I’ve ever found.

Well, my favorite has to be Massive Eating/Don’t Diet, but they’re already listed.

If you don’t mind putting on a bit more fat or are a real ectomorph, I’ve found the Get-Big Diet for Bodybuilders is a simple, effective diet for a mass phase: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION. Since meals have P+F+C, more fat gain can be expected, but it is ‘easier’ than Massive Eating.

Best damn diet out there. Not only is it a lifetime kinda diet, but it fits nicely with the whole caffeine scare. I just pop my MD6 and have a P+F meal. I’ll have a P+C meal 5 hours after I’ve taken the MD6.

Definitely “Foods That Make You Look Good Nekid”. That was the coolest. I’d like to see a part two to that article, cuz I KNOW there’s more to looking good than just tuna and cottage cheese!
