I do freeskiing in the winter and want to do some conditining work as preparation for that.
Freeskiing differs from normal skiing a bit. We don’t just ski down the hill but we also walk up the hill either in boots or skins.
A normal day is skiing for 8 hours. (of course with breaks and lunch etc. but we start at 8 and finish at 4pm usually)
Should I do HIIT, LISS, or something like this:
I’m currently strength training 3x a week while bulking.
