Best Assistant Work for Military Press?

hey ill keep this short and simple. Im doing the BBB template for military press im on week 1 cycle 1 after not training for 3 months. used to do the triumvariate with MP (Press, dips and lat pull downs) and never noticed any significant gains in my 1rm.

any suggestions on great military press assistance work or is the BBB with chins gna be enough?

I’m a huge fan of the BBB template. My OHP has always been pretty strong but I still find that doing 5x10 with strict form helps. I still do a few extra sets of body weight dips in addition from time to time.
