Okay T-gang time to share some good Grow! reciepes.
Here is one I have for a cool treat after a hard session with the iron:
1 1/2 scoops of Grow!
1 Tablespoon of crushed Almonds
6 oz. of Kefir (any flavor, I use strawberry.)
6 oz. of mixed berry Juice (bluberry, rasberry, strawberry etc)
one scoop of Collagen for the joints.
Mix it in a blender full speed. Then drop in five whole frozen grapes. pour the enire concoction into a large glass and put it in the freezer severla minutes before you workout.
When you finish your workout take it out of the freezer grab a spoon and enjoy! This is incredibly delicious.
Okay, someone post one for me now…come on I’m not picky, just want some ideas.
It’s sort of like a liquidy yogurt type drink. You’ll find it most likely in the refrigerated case of your natural food section or store. Hippies live off of the stuff. That and marijuana.
I like to add 1 - 1.5 cups of frozen mixed berries (marionberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries) to 1.5 scoops of chocolate Low-Carb Grow! and slightly less than the recommended amount of water. This may not be ideal PW because of the fiber. I ordered the chocolate flavor by mistake but was surprised it tasted so good with the berries.
