Berardi In The LoneStar State!

Well…I wasn’t quite sure where to post this…SO, since it was Dr. JB, the nutrition section seemed cool!

I know John and his team were moving to Austin in December…any updates on:

  1. How the move went?

  2. Any idea when JB and “ScienceLink” will be up-and-running with teaching duties, lecturing, training, etc.?

  3. Has John been arrested yet for hanging out at the UT coed dorms? (Just kidding!)

It should be cool to have JB and his team in the States, especially in Austin! If anybody has any updates, let us know!

I couldn’t find the exact address for it. My wife is from there and we usually go there to visit with her family. We might one day move to Austin from Dallas hopefully. I wonder why of all the places, he picked that city? Is it because of his relationship with Dr Ivey at University of Texas (he wrote Nutrient Timing)?

Just in case JB dropped in…I wanted to bump this thread…

It would be interesting to know why Austin…

In addition to UT, I heard that it was a pretty dynamic and diverse city…

Any thoughts from anyone?

I’ve been living in Austin for almost 2 years now.

There’s UT, plus it is a fun and friendly town. And, on average, the people over here is pretty fit.

Diverse? I guess it depends what you are comparing Austin with. See stats here:

Thanks!

I’m sure every city has it’s problems…but you tend to not hear a lot of “negatives” about Austin…

(By the way…is that “9.8% Black” with or WITHOUT the UT fottball team)?

JUST KIDDING!

Come back to Canada, JB!
