Riddle me this guys… Why in the world would you do a lift like that? Just because some old time strong man did it? I see absolutely no translation to any kind of real lifting in this feat of stupidity. Maybe on Bizarro World?
I thought it crazy too, but I doubt everything. I incorporated side press into my workout and was doing real well. When I swapped my technique, just keeping my active side knee straight and not afraid to bend, the weights shot up, shoulder mobility increased, obliques are stronger, shoulder is gaining mass…but who wants that stuff anyway??
