im 15 and i can easily bench 205 but i can only get 225 the first half up. what muscle is the top halve…Triceps? and why does my leg cramp when i try 225 but not when i bench 205

There are several muscles involved with the bench press. They include the shoulders(deltoids), triceps, lats, serratus anterior as well as the pectoralis major and minor. A weakness in any of these, especially the delts and the triceps, could lead to you lagging in performance on the bench press. The stress for the last portion of the bench press movement (as far as pressing the weight up) is laid heavily on the triceps.
As far as why your leg cramps, chances are you are simply straining too hard and need to drop the weight a little. If you can’t get 225lbs for a full rep, then drop the weight until you can do it for a full rep. Unless your goal is powerlifting, max sets are more ego than anything useful as far as building muscle.
