Bench Tempo Training/Pause

Hi guys,
I was just wondering if people do a brief pause at the bottom of a Bench Press to remove the elasticity effect and kind of simulate competition style or is it just more touch and go?

I just touch and go (no bounce) but was wondering more what people that actually compete do, or do you do pause training separately?

well it depends if you find that your PnG is weak then work on them doing singles or doubles. I personally am working on strength for another 2 cycles then I am going to add PnG on my chest day.

Well I have never had huge problems with lockout from what I assume is around the general sticking point so I thought a bit more drive from the bottom would be good. Explosive power can never really be a bad thing, can it? A few heavy singles/ doubles after a regular bench set would be good?
