Bench/Squat/Deadlift Ratio

Current maxes

Deadlift(reg stance)-385
Squat(parallel)-265
Bench(quick pause on chest)-215

These are all 100% raw(no belt,wraps,or straps)

I just wanted to know if these are ok(in relation to each other) or if anything needs to brought up to par. I have been following programs such as WWSB, Designer Athletes, and OLAD for the last 1 1/2 years.

Thanks for the help.

You have a very strong deadlift in relation to your squat. don’t look for weak points right now, just keep training all these areas as they compliment eachother in the end…strong squat helps dead etc. just keep driving to be as strong as you can at an efficient bodyweight

Stay strong

A “good” ratio is:

SQ: 3x bw
B: 2x bw
DL: 3x bw

It also depends on your body, your leverages. Some ppl will be better at various lifts. Log arms, short arms, …leg, trunk etc

Look at the overcoming lousy leverages articles My Mike Robesrtson and Eric Cressey

Good Mornings and lot’s of them. I think you should stick to westside for skinny bastards. It’s not just a program, it’s a template, therefore you should only be adapting it to you needs. You don’t really need other “programs” if you have a template you understand.
