Here are some of my lift numbers, try to find the odd one
bb bench 2253
db bench 90dbs5
db incline bench 90dbs5
bb seated shoulder press 1853
one arm db row 150dbs*10
It’s evident, my bench is fucking weak.
flat bench = incline bench, I don’t think that’s normal
also, for the same amount of reps, my shoulder press is just 40lbs less than my bench, not normal aswell
my one arm row is pretty good, too good for my bench, that’s odd
what can be done to correct this?
