I don’t know who needs to hear this but for everyone out there suffering from digestive issues or “stomach problems” consider using Bell & Evans chicken. It is costlier (cheapest at Whole Foods in comparison to Stop & Shop and other retailers) than regular old cheap chicken breasts but I feel 10x better after eating this for months. There is zero chlorinated water— the FDA has decided that is fine to eat in small quantities. Newsflash, if you’re on this forum you’re likely exceeding the FDAs expectations of the amount of chicken you’re eating especially if you’re looking at the food pyramid that suggests we should eat 7-9 servings of bread a day and 1-3 servings of meat . I’m leaving this here for anyone that is struggling to digest their food and wants to make the switch to higher quality protein and do their own research for what works for them.
