I’d be a total idiot, even if i showed them i could do it. I’d look like i lack confidence and trying to gain people’s approval.

Why wait 4-6 weeks? because thats how my fucking training schedule goes for me right now. im not gonna switch up my training because you fucking people have made your life about telling people who post their real lifts that they’re not true and want videos for proof. This is a forum dude i could give a fuck about my rep on a forum because i have actual credibility where i live.

I felt that i would post something about what i’ve accomplished, i mean this is a forum for bodybuilding /powerlifting am i right? unfortunatly i dont have the videos yet but they will come. Until then why dont you guys get off your asses and move from the computer and do something with your lives? i will not apologize for posting my actual lifts but when i show all of u people the videos and you feel like a douche for doubting me then you should be the one on your knees groveling.

However - unless you’re recovering from your last max by doing yoga and relaxation classes - then why not just post up your next workout? If you’re this strong, then it should still show you lifting some impressive weight/rep schemes with ease!

I’ve kind of been saying that for awhile. I was gonna tape all my sets of bench/squats and w.e i do for back whether it be Sumo deads or rack pulls

If i took steroids i would admit to it but i never have at 17 theres no point when my t levels are through the roof as it is nor do i have that kind of money to run a cycle. I will be maxing out with deadlifts in 2 weeks tho and this upcoming tuesday will be doing sumos so i will tape that for you guys and depending if i can even get to my friends house to grab his camcorder (its snowing like a bitch right now) i will tape all my sets of squats today.

What was the purpose of this thread and why is it over 5 pages now…?
