Yes, 500lbs at 17 is completely believable. BUT, when the OP crawled into the steroid forum not that long ago, he looked like a twig (he’s changed his avatar since) barely capable of squatting his own bodyweight.

Plus, no video.

Still, if he uploads a video, then I’m sure we’ll all give him a hearty e-pat-on-the-back.

It’s believable to me, however, I don’t know why the fuck he’s gloating if he hasn’t put up any proof.

I agree - Huge difference! Last gym I attended only had a smith press, some cables, and dumbbells, so all my maxes were on the Smith. Thought I was the shit until I tried to max yesterday…

Actually, I’ve never done a cycle although i did contemplate it. I will actually get a vid together with me squating with 405, benching 245 for reps but you guys will have to wait for the deadlift vid unless you guys want one of me doing rack pulls or sumos because i dont deadlift every week. Also i dont think i look scrawny in that picture at all and that was also well over 6 months ago.

Too those who doubt me i would just like to say that i have busted my ass to get where I’m at, I dont blame you guys for not doubting me but i will get you guys proof asap.

Even if you say you havent, you already lied about your age saying you were 20 to get advice, said you had access to steroids from your friends friend, made multiple posts about what you would be useing.

Its like getting caught in a steroid test and saying someone jumped you in the bathroom and pissed in your cup. We just gonna take your word for it with all that proof?

Im intrested in video’s either way, but you have lost credibility with all the things you have said and done.

i know a 17 year old with a 550 squat at 197. hes a freak thoe. (i think his dad was a monster too.)

Those #'s are ‘do-able’ but very very rare for a 17 year old (done with solid form).

I understand that those who just start to post here should feel welcomed and comfortable here, but why the hell are people so stupid now-a-days??

First off, OP what was the point of your post? If its as simple as I think, then congrats, woo-hoo, you rock. Good lifts. Why do you lift? How did you get those lifts up that high? What are your goals? What does your routine look like?

Secondly, if you’ve read this site, or any fitness/athletics forum, you should know that given your age and claimed lifts, you should have some form of proof. So…video the lifts when you do them the first time. (crazy… crazy idea, I know) Or at least get up those videos of you repping weights that would make us believe you. Maybe 3-4 solid reps with a weight pretty close to what you claim.

We’re honestly gonna need a delay on these starter thread posts, so an editor can check them and delete all threads that are like:

  1. I KNOW I’m fat and weak and I suck now, BUT I plan on getting HUGE, STRONG, AND RIPPED
  2. I can bench 500 pounds and squat 1,000 ATG but…

In my book, a good successful thread is one with minimal bitching, bs, and false claims. It has personal experience, solid evidence, necessary details, and all parties learn something. If the majority of the posts are people who say the OP is full of it, then there’s a problem.

are you slow? Im gonna take vids of me repping with 405 on squats and 245 on bench. How does that mean my numbers deflated? That way itll shut some of you up until i max again with all 3 lifts and post the vids.

youl need at least 245x10 bench and 405x8 squat.

Hey:

Listen this kid is 100% legit. He lives in the same town as me and is actually a close friend of mine. I go to the same gym as him, as well as lift with him and I can tell you that his lifts are properly performed meaning; his dead-lifts are with a straight bar, and performed off the ground, his squats are with a straight bar, free weighted, ass to grass, and his bench is done with a straight bar, and free weighted.

As far as the steroid thing goes, hes never done any, at 17 years old who didn’t want to do steroids? Most people think about it and talk about it doesn’t mean hes actually done it. As far as paying for a cycle, how would he come up with the money anyway? So that should be a squashed subject.

The videos will be posted and for the people who instantly say talk is cheap and he deserves to be flamed. Hes obviously accomplished things at 17 that most have not their entire life when it comes to weightlifting and it deserves to be commended and not instantly questioned and ridiculed.

Its sad when it has to come down to posting videos to shut people up when this site should be about helping motivate each other and congratulating each other on our accomplishments.

We were all 17 at once, and we all had that 17 year old mindset and attitude, doesn’t make him a bad or less credible individual.

well congradulations. i can believe your lifts because they are relatively the same as mine and im your age and around your weight. it can be done.
