hey . i am new to T-Nation. i had found out about it thru my brother he loves this site so i decided to join it. i am really struggling on finding a beginne routine. i am 22 years old 190lb. 18percent bodyfat about maybe 19 ,fulltime student away at college and have access to a gym 24 hours.. wondering if anyone has advice .. thank u so much..

Don’t be afraid to eat. If you eat clean, your new lifting will cause a shift in your body composition. Read some Berardi articles for help on this.

You’ll find a wealth of info here so avoid “analysis paralysis”. As a beginner pretty much everything will work for you so get started with regular workouts and eat as clean as you can. Study up on the articles here so you will be ready for more advanced routines when the time comes.
