I tried to search here but most the articles and talks I found was about getting mass and that’s not what she is looking for, she is not looking to build muscles, she like most girls I guess is looking to look hot, to look sexy, looking for a body like this
I have found an article once “sexy female training” but I found it a little complicated for someone that is starting just now, so I’d aprecciate some help, she is 19 years old, 1,60m, 90pounds, she has a slim body, but not with a flat belly like the pic above, but well it’s not far from that. Altough she is very weak. She is able to hit the gym 4 times a week. I’d aprecciate a little help, thanks.
