Beginner Powerlifters

i was just curious what some of the programs you guys do to increase your clean and jerk.

I’m a senior in high school and its my first year in weightlifting. just really starting training for strength this year. i’m in the 154 weight class and i currently clean and jerk 185 and bench 210.

again if you guys have any programs that you follow to increase your cleans i’d like to see them.

I think you mean Olympic weightlifting. Powerlifting consists of the deadlift, squat, and bench.

yeah sorry olympic weightlifting. just basically any programs that emphasize clean and jerk.
