Beginner MMA in MD

I want to start training in MMA, BJJ, or Muay Thai, but am not sure where any good schools are where I live. I’m about 45 minutes away from Baltimore and I have the time to make the trip a few time a week.

Does anyone train at or know of good MMA schools in MD?

ask on mma.tv . Or find a local MMA show and start talking to the fighters/trainers, you’ll quickly find which school specializes in what.
