I don’t think any sport tests everyone. Testing is expensive.
Yeah, that makes sense. Just like how in baseball, they don’t test people unless they go from 15 to 50 homers or their fastball increased 6 mph in a season or two.
Do they test every competitor at national meets? Or is it literally every meet that only a few guys get tested?
Of course not. There’s no real money in powerlifting, if you wanted to test everyone, even just at national meets, entry fees would skyrocket. People don’t want to pay that kind of money just to compete in a sport they pursue as their hobby.
Only the top guys. Like I said, who cares if some mediocre lifters are using PEDs? They are insignificant anyway, why waste resources?
True. They aren’t harming anybody by placing in the middle of the pack (except maybe themselves?)
