Hello, I’m a beginner to weight training and dieting and I have been cutting calories for a good few months now. I’ve been lifting 4 days a week and hitting yoga 1 maybe 2 days a week, however I work a desk job full time. When I’m using a tdee calculator would I still be considered sedentary due to the nature of my work or should I be using a different option?
Go with sedentary
