TDEE Calories and deficit?

Sorry if this revives and old thread already mentioned.

I’ve calculated a TDEE and -500 calorie deficit from that leaving me at 2600 calories on a cut. If I exercise and burn say 350 calories, do I add that back into the food allowance for calories or just leave it be and stay at 2600? I don’t wanna be too low in deficit. Macros are currently and consistently 30/45/25.

It’s SO hard to actually calculate caloric burn from activity that I would not factor it in. Evaluate based off rate of weight lost.
