I’m about to go shopping and im tryin to figure something out right now if someone can help me out! I figured out my 3 different TDEE’s. My question is this right what im doing… Here look:
TDEE’s:
Cardio only: 3900 cals burned
Cardio + Workout: 4400 cals burned
Doing nothing: 3400 cals burned
Those are the 3 TDEE’s i got on the TDEE Calculator… So therefore if im going to burn 2 lbs a week im eating 1k less in cals. So if im cutting my calories would look like…
Cutting:
Cardio only: 2900 cals burned
Cardio + Workout: 3400 cals burned
Doing nothing: 3400 cals burned
I explained this in the best way i can lol. I just wanna know if this is the correct approach as some days i do cardio only somedays nothing and somedays both cardio and a workout.
