Bro Creatine is not going to help your vertical AT ALL… Creatine wil make your body/muscles hold more water, giving a more full look. This will in fact make you gain a few pounds of water weight, but you’ll start to lose the chiseled look and start looking more rounded. The benefits of creatine IMO are that when you are lifting heavy heavy weight that extra flow of water to the muscles gives you a better pump and better stamina. But that’s only with great resistance.
I honeslty don’t think you would benefit from it.

At your age, I would say you should be working on Technique + Endurance and Grow with clean foods, Enjoy your Childhood and then in the next few years, Uve nailed the workout techniques and pump straight into strength and build muscle…

because you are still a kid. give yourself just a few years with hard work. these next few years will be the prime time for you to start building a solid foundation that will last you for the rest of your life.

like others have said, work on technique for now. when your hormones start raging, you will know how to maximize your gains during your teen years. learn the intricacies of eating and lifting now and continue with it. your body will do the rest and you will get much stronger much faster than other guys your age. trust me, it might even be a little overwhelming. just takes a lot of dedication.

can you name any good weight gainer that will really help

might i suggest getting a summer job as a stock boy, you get to lift, and get paid.

The guy is just a kid (no offense meant) you probably don’t want to hear it but you probably haven’t even started puberty.

that being said if you keep at it once your body starts going nuts and pumping hormones all over I’m sure that lifting will augment your body’s changes.

eat until you can’t move anymore, then eat some more
