I’m in College too. I like life. I like beer. I just choose to drink it one night a week, rather than two or three. Christ, it’s like I burned down your house rather than told you that you probably shouldn’t have a beer if you’re looking for optimal results. I’m not saying that you should be a tight ass, I’m not saying that you should obsess about your training, but I’m not going to tell you that you can eat all the ding dongs, McDonalds, pizza, and yes beer and be lean as you want. It just ain’t going to happen.
Suck it up and order a diet coke! You may get teased by your friends, but whatever, fuck 'em. If you want something in life, you have to make your priorities fit that. If you want to get cut up, you have to make sacrifices.
