Been Cutting, Natty Show in Spring?

I don’t see why you couldn’t win a natty contest. Hopefully the one you choose to do will actually have at least 50% of competitors that are actually natural.

OKay, if anyone is interested, I actually sent an email through the link for the NGA, and got a response from Jerry Marsala (not sure who he is in any official capacity though). I told him my concerns about how the INBF doesn’t allow for HOT-ROX, or various other legal, OTC stuff, and what was their stance (even though I had already printed out a list of their policies from their web site). He sent a one line reply…

“We do not ban OTC supplements”

So,… works for me! -lol, I found a complete list of Natty shows for '09, and marked off the ones not subject to the ridiculous banned lists like the INBF follows. THe earliest would be April, and then a few others throughout the summer, and I think fall. My plan now is to hang around the 185-190 area, and see if I can continue to tighten, or even drop, albeit on a much slower pace (and while hopefully bringing up my upper pecs, and quads a bit). Then in early '09, figure out what I’m gonna do.

Gotta agree with Elusive, Stu.
It’s psychological.

You look excellent and damned close to step on stage. If anything, your slow cut has made you appear larger.

I was comparing pics last night from couple of months ago, and from a couple of weeks ago, and my training partners and I both agree,… while the difference in overall size is noticable, especially in certain poses (pecs?), I haven’t really lost much, and a few adjustments in the way I’m hitting poses (side chest for example) create a much different effects (I know my chest will never look enormous like Arnolds in this pose, so I try to emphasize the overall development, and hit the abs as well -DG, any advice? -lol)

I also think in the rear double bicep shot, I think my waist is just a tad smaller (still needs work for it to show in the front double bi though -lol)

My fellow T-Folk- I totally appreciate all the feedback on here, as well as the few PMs I’ve gotten. Who knew posing could be so complicated? -lol

Anyway, I actually found on the NGA site a list of the mandatories, and pretty detailed descriptions of each. So tonight I was playing around with my foot positioning, and trying to at least give the illusion that my quads don’t completely suck, and I realized that I’m starting to see the details coming in a lot better (my upper body always cuts a lot quicker than my lower). So, as is always the case, just wanted to share

Good separation there in the quads, Stu.
And don’t forget, these pics you’re posting are not flattering with all the light flattening you out, so just imagine how great you’ll look UNDER the proper stage lights and a light coating of oil!
Will you apply a tan coat?

Looking good, the front double bi shows your back and arms especially looking good. I think some chest specialisation over the next few months rior to the show could give you a very complete and balanced upper body.

You defnitly look like you could compete to me. Why not give it a go? What do you have to loose?

On a completely nonrelated note-Is that a schipperke (the dog) in your pics? Ive never seen another one of them except my own dog.
