Becoming a FFB (Former Fat Boy) 440lbs-228, So Far!

I don’t have a picture of myself at my biggest, 440lbs. But I do have an old one of when I was 370. My journey has been long, I went from 440, down to 380, than one day decided that I wanted to gain the discipline and BE ABOUT IT. Not just talk about being about it. NIKE, Just Do It! So I completely changed my eating, to a carb cycle of 50g/day for 4days, than up to 150g for one day. I increased my protein and dropped sugar, bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes completely. In five months, running stairs, HIIT biking, and doing bodyweight workouts I lost 100lbs.

Over the last year and a half I have made that 152lbs. I am now down to 228lbs. I work with smaller goals, trying to fill in some of the loose skin at the same time, which is difficult(advice would help). I now work with free weights, I am currently on a 3day whole body split with HIIT cardio between.

Seconding off of this, I would actually ask that you please do.

You’ve made amazing progress brother. The kind that many believe to be impossible, and my hat is off to you for the great work you’ve done. I think you sharing your work would be amazing. One, because I think we have a pretty solid little community here and you will get some great advice. But two, and two is big, because you have really done something awesome that a lot of people wish they could do, but don’t know how. Stories like yours inspire a lot of people, and you could lead to a serious impact on others. Think about it.
