What you guys of my log?
1. It would be better in the logs section, I feel you will avoid unnecessary negative comments there.

 2. Your food quality looks fine (I have plenty of respect for anyone who can eat 200g of liver regularly), have you worked out your total calories? That’s probably your no.1 priority right now.

 3. Hows the scales situation progressing?
I dont mind some negetive comments, it just when people allways assume when they dont know northing about me but i have to admit that i need to chill out.
This is the internet, there is pretty much no way away from negative comments, helpful and unhelpful. My thinking is that in the logs section, you are likely to get less of the unhelpful ones.

This is one of only 2 reason I joined this site. I hope your training goes well.

I will let you guys know how i get on…btw according to some guy on ss.com, he said ‘you need to be super tall to be a strongman aka bearmode physuque and on tons of juice’ lts comments like that bother me and he came out with some unrelated bullshit like ‘girls only like skinny guys’ wtf gas that to got do with anything…its the first comment that plays on my mind.
People are going to say shit you don’t agree with. Unless it directly affects you, my advice is to just get over it. Not everyone is going to agree with you, not everyone is going to like you. You have to be OK with that.
The comment was directly towards me thro…i thought that was a good website when i first visited but now that site has turned into trollsvile with people giving me advice about cutting to sgow my abs when i told them numberous times that i dont train to look like some kid from twilight.

Some guy did say thro that i shoudnt eat big at all because of my lifts.

100% this. It’s of zero value to anyone, TC included.

Its a forum, people talk about stuff all the time soo i want to complain then i will, dont think that i dont eat well or still live, assuming is the mother of all fuck ups.

This guy is telling me that i need to be super tall like 6’5+ to have a bearmode phydique and that i should concentrate on abs or bmi weight.

He says that i should only bulk up when am benching 500lbs…is this bullshit or true?

You should know enough to figure that out for yourself by this point.

Why don’t you stop worrying about all these things that have nothing to do with yourself?

Your height is what it is. There is no use talking about this.

For the love of God, stop talking about bear mode. You’re light years away from whatever bear mode is supposed to mean. Just concentrate on eating and lifting. It really is that simple. Maybe consider this whole bear mode thing again in like 5 years after you’ve made substantial progress in the gym.

As for the bench press question, try getting to a 150 lbs bench first. Then 200. Then 250. Then 300. Who gives a shit about a 500 lbs bench press? You’re so far away from that it has nothing to do with you.

I don’t believe you will ever reach a 200 lbs bench press, because I think you’re more concerned with the opinions of people on the internet than you are with putting in hard work in the gym. I said essentially the same thing to a member of this site 2 or 3 years ago, and to this point I have been proven right. I hope you prove me wrong.

Today is my rest day and once again you assume i do not workout all because in my free time, i post on the internet, i could say the same about you.

The bearmode phyisque is a strongman or rugby forwards physique think of doug hepburn, zack gallmann etc and you are saying it has northing to do with me? ffs the guy was saying all this to me, he is putting doubts in my head by saying ‘you need to be 6’5 to be heavily built like a strongman soo you will never be massive’

He is saying its wrong to eat big unless am benching 500Lbs, he says 4k is far too much for someone lifting less then 500lbs.

All those guys are giving me crap twilight physique tips when my goals are to be heavily massive and strong.

Bear Mode.

the physique you want can be achieved by lifting heavy weights, often, and eating like fuck.

What more is there to say on the matter?
theiceman13 wrote:

In that case, I wish you well with your training. I do not feel like I will be able to help you any further.

x all the internet points in the universe.

FUCKING EXACTLY.

Seriously OP. This is the only thing worth saying. To do what you want to do, eat and train. A lot. For a long time.

Dude. Just stop reading or posting anywhere. This is no GTFO, it is constructive criticism. As Yogi has pointed out, this shit ain’t complicated. Eat a lot, lift heavy, rest.
The issue isn’t just the time you spend replying to dimwits who give you useless advice (AKA those ‘just get a beach bod’ people). YOU decide to let them get to you. You waste mental energy on thinking about it. If you go to the gym to do heavy sets and mid-rep you think ‘this is hard, maybe they’re right’, you will fail. Fucking stop spending time even thinking about what they said or you will definitely fail. I’m confident you have the physical attributes to reach your goal. I don’t know if your mind will be able to maintain focus since you keep demonstrating the opposite.

Yogi said it best. Cos he’s smarter than the average bear.

May we all conjugate with lions.

Just to repeat my above point, some people aren’t going to agree with you, get over it. You aren’t going to change their mind, nor is it your job to do so. Just move on with your life by doing things that will improve it.

When did i ever say it was my job to change there minds? and when did i ever say that i wanted everyone to agree with me? i just want to know what you guys think of ‘You only bulk up when you are benching 500lbs’ ‘you only eat when you feel like it’…i asked something and those guys told me to forget about being a strongman as i am not 6’5+ to be heavily built despite me telling tgem about guys like zach gallmann or mariuz pudz.

But once again you guys are patronising the hell out of me, i know bb.com is trollsvilles these days but none of them were patronising.

When did i ever say that it was my job to change there minds or if i want everyone to agree with me…you guys sound very patronising tbh…i know bb.com is trollsvile these days but none of them were patronising.

I just want to know what you think of ‘only bulk up when you are benching 500lbs’ and ‘only eat when you wont too’ i asked for advice and these guys are basically telling me that i will never be big like a strongman as i need to be 6’5+ and then mocking me when i called him out on it…its basically putting seeds in my head that i will never be big.

Most of the top strongmen in the world are tall. That’s probably all they’re saying.

You could just get big and prove them wrong.
