None of us dont know the answer to that, you cant just say such a person will never be WSM justvby reading a few posts of someone not even if you met the guy.[/quote]
Lol, just stop. People are entitled to their own opinions and you have to accept that. Stop worrying about what other people think unless they’re giving you solid advice.

Yess everyone has there own OPINION and i am not against but its when people tell it like its a fact and that i apparently should accept it that i used the arnold/regpark and internet argument to explain my point that its opinion not fact.

OP:
What, exactly, have you eaten so far today?
*EDIT: since OP has a disturbing tendency to assume that every post is out to get him or something, I am trying to be genuinely productive here. Far more than squabbling about the likelihood of iceman becoming WSM (no offense, usmc, don’t take that the wrong way).
I happen to agree that OP should
And repeat that process for a few hundred consecutive days.
How old are you theiceman13?

Most of these guys are well over 300lbs and many are over 400lbs. 230 (what you wrote on page 1) ain’t gonna cut it. You’re well over 100lbs shy of even considering competing against these guys.

You’re distorting the definition of an opinion. Try better to stop getting so worked up. How you interpret things is what matters.
You believe he is stating a fact but it is just a strong opinion. The chances of you being extremely successful in strongman may be around 0.00000001% (I am making this number up). The odds are in his favor since you weren’t performing at a high level since you were young. Does this mean it is impossible? No. Move on. Prove people wrong with your actions.

One of my ultimate goals is to be 260+ and obviously it wont happen overnight, it takes years and years of training, eating big, sleeping big etc strongmen such as doug went from 160 to 300lbs in about 15 to 20 years…for now i will concentrate on getting to 220 or 230, i am gonna turn it into a lifestyle…my goal is between a strongman and rugby prop.
Btw thanks for linking me to Alpha, that guy is serously strong and i like reading his tough workouts from his point of view (yoke walk with 900lbs ffs that must take some endurance) and punisher and others have helped me with great advice.

I bet I’d look pretty big next to you, even though we’re the same weight. My arms are close to 17", and my legs are around 26" I believe.
And we don’t have different goals. I want to be big and strong too. I’m just way closer to that goal than you are.
edit: did you call me rolls coller? I really want to change my name to that. It’s got a nice ring to it.
OP, on a completely unrelated note (everything relevant to your goals has been said ad nauseam) – learn some proper English. Your sentence construction, grammar and spelling need work. Seriously, you’d do yourself a great service (for the rest of your life) if you learn to write intelligibly.

Before you say it, yes, I’m out to get you. Also, my opinion is fact.

This is a forum not a english test, if i was writing a book, i would smooth out the rough edges but since i am replying fast to people obviously my grammar will be off but nice try kiddo.

My and your goals are different, your goal looks its to be ripped and strong completly different from my goal of being massive and strong…yess i will carry fat at my goal weight but am not bothered, i like to be massive, heavy and strong as long am not 30+% BF (the only time someone should be that bf if they are carrying extremw tons of muscle but even then its too far).
My ultimate long term goals are borderline heavyweight (260+ or maybe 280) but obviously i woudnt attempt super heavyweight (340, 400lbs etc) its too heavy for rugby props lol and besides most super heavies aree extremely tall with a few obese looking or steroids enhanced guys at 6’6 but you do get the odd 5’11 400lb guy (forgot his name, guy was a powerlifter).
I know my ultimate goal will take many, many years but its about the journey…my first stepping stone is getting to 225lb.
Btw you are very strong guy for your weight.

I’m still waiting for an answer to this.
And OP, this question is far more relevant to your goal than anything else you’re discussing in this thread.

Yesterday it my meal plan was rubbish, only had two light meals and 1 snack…today, i have a had a protein shake, currently eating my breakfast of two slices of eggy bread, two eggs, two square sausagees…i brought some food soo i can eat better again.
What i discussed with coller was about my goal, he is saying he has the same goal as me (getting massive and strong) but its obvious his goal is to be ripped and strong completly different from my goals…yes he is serously strong but it tuck him 10+ years just to get to 180lbs.
