Prove us wrong then.
Come back in a year when you weigh 225 pounds, squat 225 for 5, bench 185 for 5, and deadlift 315 for 5. That might demonstrate your knowledge is translating to actual results. And those things are absolutely achievable for a beginner; if anything, they’re probably on the low side of what someone training for a year should achieve (if they have your stated goals of the “Bear Mode” physique).
