You know what? There are obviously plenty of guys who start out very skinny/weak who achieve very respectable strength levels. The first time I tried to bench an empty 45 lb bar, at 18 years old, I shook like I had Parkinson’s. So I spent years developing my strength, and putting on bodyweight to get where I am today.
The very first time I posted on a lifting forum was after I’d been lifting for about 8 years. 8 fucking years of listening and reading and lifting. It took me that long before I felt like I had anything worthwhile to add to these discussions.

You think am i lack knowledge because am a beginner? that is both stupid and ignorant to suggest such a thing…i am not one of those guys who dos curls every day, thinks the latest program or supplement will get fast results blah blah blah but i did use to believe in that bollocksuntill i learned about compounds, eating big etc.
I am not claiming to be mr know it all too or a person with years of knowledge because i am not and even i did, i will be still learning…am just saying that not all beginners are naive or weak for that matter.
Also schwarznegger was talking about guys (including champions and elite levels)who were skinny and weak at the start but years later when they reached a certain age, the size and strength came very fast…some of these slow devolopers topped the fast devolopers strength and dize levels.
Basically your weak at the beginning, it dos not mean you have crap size or strength genetics, it just means your a slow developer as even fast growers can have bad genetics in years time as in hitting too many platues etc
